    1. Procedure for Reporting Brand Infringements.     7. Terminate such content provider’s access to the Services if he or she is a repeat offender.
    8. Content provider’s name, address, telephone number, and, if available, dispatch address, and a statement that similar person or reality warrants to the governance of the Federal Court for the judicial quarter in which the content provider’s address is located, or, if the content provider’s address is located outside the United States, for any judicial quarter in which Amerifine Store is located, and that similar person or reality will accept service of process from the person who handed announcement of the contended violation.
    Still, Amerifine Store may, in its discretion, If encounter-notice is entered by the Designated Agent. Unless the brand proprietor files an action seeking a court order against the content provider indicted of committing the violation, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days or further after the damage of the counter-notice, at Amerifine Store's discretion.
